TRUMPET BEHAVIORAL HEALTH'S LIST OF COLORADO ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE ASSESSMENTS
Trumpet Behavioral Health has prepared a list of organizations that provides neurological assessments that include autism, ADD, ADHD, intellectual and developmental disorders, learning disorders, anxiety, behavioral disorders and much more. THRIVE Center was given permission to share this list with you. It is our hope that one of the following organizations can assess your child or loved one quickly, thus avoiding a long wait on the wait list for assessments.

Insights specializes in diagnostic and psycho-therapy services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, and Co-Morbid Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. Insights also provides assessment for Learning Disabilities.

Dr. Kimel performs psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations, provides guidance for parents, provides psychotherapy, conducts social skills groups, provides psycho-legal consultations to lawyers, and consults with educators and schools regarding how to best facilitate the development of children. Her areas of expertise include developmental disabilities, with a particular emphasis on autism spectrum disorders, non-verbal learning disorders, as well as learning disorders, executive functioning deficits, and ADHD, as well as neurological and genetic disorders that impact behavior and learning. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Elevated Insights Assessment provides scientifically-grounded and culturally-responsive psychological evaluation services to meet the needs of children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.

Wolff Child Psychology is a family and child psychology practice specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyslexia and other learning disorders, Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Executive Functioning difficulties, intellectual and developmental disorders, and anxiety, mood, and behavioral disorders.

NeuroDevelopment Center of Colorado is an independent clinic that clarifies developmental, learning and behavioral issues with exceptional skill, clarity and compassion. Assessment at NCC addresses cognitive abilities, academic skills, communication and emotional/behavioral status. Additional specialized testing of memory, executive functions and autism-specific characteristics is also available.

Dr. Annelis Spees, MD, FAAP, is Board Certified in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics. She offers medical consultation and management of a wide variety of concerns associated with children.

BCH Pediatric Rehab Autism team is a multi-disciplinary evaluation team, including a psychologist, occupational therapist, speech/language pathologist and physical therapist. Our evaluations are extensive and include standardized tests, questionnaires, school information, detailed review of medical records and a home video. We have two bi-lingual teams and interpretation services available through Boulder Community Health. We are the only diagnostic team in Colorado that includes a cranial sacral evaluation done by physical therapist.

The Community Reach Center's ASD Program specializes in culturally competent evaluation and treatment of children with an ASD diagnosis and their families. Community Reach Center is a top-tier community mental health provider located in Adams County, Colorado. The Center offers evidence-based behavioral health services for all ages.

The Psychological Services Center offers therapy and assessment services to the Fort Collins area. Therapy and assessment services are offered in depression, autism, bi-polar disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Learning Disabilities.

Insurance Accepted: No insurance accepted, works on a sliding scale, pre-approve to insurance for reimbursement, but must pay in full for services.
Brain and Body Integration specializes in performing psychological, neruopsychological, and autism spectrum evaluations. They have experience working with attorneys, doctors, social services, probation, and mental health professionals. If you need an evaluation, please call them to determine if they can meet your specific need.

CAYAC has a partnership of the Health District of Northern Larimer County, SummitStone Health Partners, Poudre School District and other community resources. Our goal is the early identification and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders that affect health, happiness, family and school.
Ages: CAYAC services are open to all Larimer County youth up to age 24, as well as their families. We try to remove barriers to care, including cost. Some services are free, and some have sliding fees. Client assistance is available for families who qualify.
